Call 911 for emergencies! The non-emergency number for all Bosque County services is 254-435-2363. We are served by North Bosque EMS, West Shore VFD (www.Westshorevfd.org) and Careflight. There is an emergency room at Goodall-Witcher Hospital in Clifton, TX (Approximately 20mi). There are urgent care facilities in Whitney, TX. Both cities also have medical clinics with walk-in availability. We recommend Bergren Chiropractic in Clifton for adjustments. Waco has two hosptials (Hillcrest & Providence). Both have ERs and Hillcrest is a trauma facility.

There are several local vet clinics for pets. We recommend Bosque County Vet Clinic in Meridian. They provide emergency services and walk-ins (They are our family. If you have an emergency with your pet please don’t hesitate to contact us).
Rankin Automotive and Clifton Concepts are located right here in Laguna Park and provide excellent auto care. There is an Eagle Auto Parts in Whitney and Ken’s Auto (closed weekends) and O’Reilly in Clifton, TX. We recommend Ranch House Tires in Clifton (open Saturdays till noon).

There are ACE Hardware stores in Whitney, Meridian, and Clifton. The nearest WalMart is in Hillsboro.
The closest ATM is at Mr. K’s quick stop.
“Where is the…?”
We’ve tried to provide everything we think you could need but please don’t hesitate to contact us if something is missing. The cottage and cabin are stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and plenty of linens. Extra linens are under the beds and sheets and pillows for the futon are in the bottom drawer under the TV in the Blue Fox Cottage. Both properties have irons and boards. Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink. We even have pet bowls and a placemat for furry guests. Wine tools and coffee pods are provided. We have a medium sized pet crate, coolers, and folding chairs in the shed.
We don’t lock anything inside the cottage or cabin so feel free to look for what you need. In the Blue Fox Cottage we use the small bedroom closet and in the Fox Kit Cabin we use the water heater closet and loft for storing stuff.
Jason travels for work and hates being nickel and dimed buying small things he forgot. We live close please don’t hesitate to contact us for something before you go buy it.
