Laguna Park is a small unincorporated community on the western shore of Lake Whitney in Bosque County, Texas. It is conveniently located about 15minutes from Clifton, 30 minutes from Waco, and an hour from the DFW metroplex. Laguna Park has several convenient dining and shopping options, a marina, a private airstrip, several boat ramps, multiple resorts, and plenty of public swimming and hiking. Meridian and Whitney State Parks are a short drive and Lake Whitney has several US Army Corp. of Engineer Parks. There is no golf, but LP is a golf cart community!
Clifton, Texas is full of charm! Clifton also has several larger retail stores (groceries, farm and ranch, etc,) the oldest movie theater in Texas, as well as a small hospital with an emergency room. Clifton also has a public airport (no commercial flights)
Waco has Chip, Jo, Baylor, and everything you could possibly need including two larger hospitals (Baylor Scott & White and Ascension Providence) as well as a regional airport (ACT) serviced by American Airlines.
